This is a classical, inexpensive and delicious appetizer.
2 table spoons of mustard
2 table spoons of mayonnaise
1 table spoon of capers
A sprinkle of paprika
- Start by hard boiling the eggs.
- Once boiled, shell, cut in half and empty the yolks into a bowl.
- Smash the yolks and mix well with mayonnaise, mustard and capers.
- Refill the empty egg whites. – And add a sprinkle of paprika for colour.
Can be ready in 15 minutes or less. – Enjoy !
