Deviled Eggs

This is a classical, inexpensive and delicious appetizer.


  • 5 Eggs

  • 2 table spoons of mustard

  • 2 table spoons of mayonnaise

  • 1 table spoon of capers

  • A sprinkle of paprika


  • Start by hard boiling the eggs.
  • Once boiled, shell, cut in half and empty the yolks into a bowl.
  • Smash the yolks and mix well with mayonnaise, mustard and capers.
  • Refill the empty egg whites. – And add a sprinkle of paprika for colour.

Can be ready in 15 minutes or less. – Enjoy !
