Cooked Salsa

Ingredients

  • 8 cups chopped tomatoes

  • 4 cups chopped banana peppers

  • 2 cups chopped onions

  • 1 cup chopped red peppers

  • 1 cup chopped jalapeno peppers

  • 1 ½ – 2 cups vinegar

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 can 5 ½ oz tomato paste

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 1 tbsp salt (I use 1 tsp)

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients into a saucepan.
  • Bring to a slow boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 – 5 hours
  • Have fun.
