An absolutely delicious pie.
One and a half cups of graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter.
5 egg yokes.
2 cans of condensed milk.
6 tbsp of lime juice.
- Pie Crust:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press
into a pie dish.
- Bake at 350 °F for 15 minutes.
- Pie Filling:
Combine condensed milk and egg yokes and slowly add in six tbsp of lime juice.
- Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 325 °F for 30 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate for approximately three hours before serving.
- Decorate with whipped cream if so desired.
