Key Lime Pie

An absolutely delicious pie.


  • One and a half cups of graham cracker crumbs

  • 3 tbsp melted butter.

  • 5 egg yokes.

  • 2 cans of condensed milk.

  • 6 tbsp of lime juice.


  • Pie Crust:
    Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press
    into a pie dish.
  • Bake at 350 °F for 15 minutes.
  • Pie Filling:
    Combine condensed milk and egg yokes and slowly add in six tbsp of lime juice.
  • Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 325 °F for 30 minutes.
  • Cool and refrigerate for approximately three hours before serving.
  • Decorate with whipped cream if so desired.
